The trailer is disappointing, and reveals very little. But I nonetheless am looking forward to this...

OMG. Meryl looks incredible.

Even if the film isn't up to much, then this is bound to be a treat for Meryl fans. I'm reminded of her dark comedic turns in DEATH BECOMES HER and SHE-DEVIL - both of them movie-stealing performances (especially the latter ... anyone who can make me watch a film with Roseanne in it is to be applauded)

I have to say that am a little disappointed by the casting of Anne Hathaway. I thought she was the only weak note in 'Brokeback Mountain' - I cringed everytime she appeared. Maybe acting alongside HRH Dame Meryl will force her to up her game somewhat?!

You're right, Meryl looks very similar to her DBH character here. I think she will be equally vain in this film too.

I actually don't mind Anne Hathaway. I thought she was good in 'Brokeback Mountain' (I couldn't find a flaw in the entire film, except perhaps for the way the characters didn't appear to age very much). Mind you, it's the only film I've seen her in... Anyway, should be interesting.

I like it when the trailer doesn't reveal everything; all too often they reveal quite a lot, and it turns out that the trailer consists of the collective 2-3 minutes of the movie that are actually worth watching!

I'd like to see this one, but I think I'll probably wait for DVD.
